Lines of Oak

Smooth rounded acorns held tightly in a cup of spikes, surounded by crumpled browning leaves cut out of the air by continuously curved perimeters, are supported by the bifurcating branches against a sky puddinged by cumulus clouds below the gentle arcs of cirrus.
